Terms of Service

By accessing and using FitFound ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

FitFound is a marketplace platform connecting clients with independent wellness professionals (trainers, therapists, etc.).

Sessions arranged through FitFound are in‑person services, conducted at locations such as a client's home, condo gym, approved partner facility, or a provider's clinic or studio. FitFound does not currently offer live online or virtual sessions.

All services are provided by independent contractors who are not employees, agents, or representatives of FitFound. Providers are solely responsible for the quality and safety of the services they deliver and for complying with all applicable laws and professional standards.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may be subject to fees as determined by the professional's policy.

When you use FitFound, we create and maintain a record of your training and wellness history ("FitFound history"). This may include information such as your goals, session dates and times, exercises performed, trainer notes, injuries, and relevant treatment notes from other wellness providers who use the platform.

By booking sessions through FitFound, you authorize us to share relevant portions of your FitFound history with the trainers and other wellness providers you engage so they can deliver services and update your record.

All payments are processed securely by our third‑party payment provider (currently Stripe). Prices shown to clients for each session include FitFound's platform commission, but may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be displayed where required.

FitFound retains a commission from each completed session. The remaining amount is paid out to the trainer and, where applicable, to a partner location. Commission rates may vary by service type, provider tier, and location. Trainers can see their net earnings for a session before they accept a booking.

Additional facility fees may apply when sessions are held at partner gym locations. Any such fees will be shown before you confirm a booking.

FitFound is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during training sessions.

Users participate in fitness activities at their own risk and should consult healthcare providers before starting any new fitness program.

The information available through FitFound, including any content provided by trainers or other users, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, physiotherapy, or other professional health advice from FitFound. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new exercise or treatment program or if you have any questions about a medical condition.
