By accessing and using FitFound ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

FitFound is a marketplace platform connecting clients with independent wellness professionals (trainers, therapists, etc.).

All sessions are provided by independent contractors. FitFound is not responsible for the quality of services provided.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may be subject to fees as determined by the professional's policy.

All payments are processed securely. Platform fees of 25% are included in the displayed session prices.

Trainers receive 75% of the session price. Additional facility fees may apply for partner gym locations.

FitFound is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during training sessions.

Users participate in fitness activities at their own risk and should consult healthcare providers before starting any new fitness program.
