• Training and recovery information ("FitFound history"), such as your goals, fitness background, injuries or limitations you choose to share, and notes added by trainers and other wellness providers
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process bookings and payments
• Send you notifications about your sessions
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Protect against fraud and abuse
• Maintain and update your FitFound history so trainers and other wellness providers can understand your background and deliver in‑person services
• Share relevant portions of your FitFound history with trainers and other wellness providers you book through the platform

We may share your information with:

• Trainers and other wellness providers you book sessions with, including your name, contact information, and relevant portions of your FitFound history so they can deliver services safely and effectively
• Partner locations (such as gyms, studios, clinics, or residential buildings) when necessary to manage access control and bookings
• Service providers (Stripe for payments, Supabase for hosting)
• Law enforcement if required by law

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Row-Level Security in our database
• Secure authentication via Supabase
• PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request data correction or deletion
• Opt-out of marketing communications
• Export your data

We retain your information, including your FitFound history, for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you request deletion of your account, we will deactivate your profile and, where feasible, remove or de‑identify personal identifiers in your FitFound history. However, trainers and other wellness providers may need to retain their own records to comply with professional or legal obligations.
