How do I book a session?

From your dashboard, choose "Book a Session". Select a trainer, the type of service, where you'd like to train (home, condo gym, or partner facility), and a time that works. Review the details and confirm your booking.

How do payments work?

All payments are processed securely. You'll see the full price breakdown before confirming, including session price and any facility fees. Payment is required at booking.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes! Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours, fees may apply based on the trainer's policy.

How do I become a trainer?

Sign up and select "Trainer" as your role. Complete the onboarding process including profile setup, certification upload, and payment account setup. Our team will review and approve within 2-3 business days.

Where can I train?

You can train at your home (trainer comes to you), your condo/apartment gym, or one of our partner facilities. Some locations may charge additional facility fees, which you'll see before confirming your booking.

Do you offer online or virtual sessions?

Not at this time. FitFound is focused on in‑person training and wellness sessions. Trainers and therapists meet you at home, in your condo gym, at partner facilities, or at their own studios/clinics.
